7-Day Refund Policy

Covered defects upon receipt

Inked Vest stands by the quality of our custom products. We offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy for any item exhibiting a manufacturer or physical defect.

This policy specifically covers the following defects straight out of delivery:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the vest itself, such as unacceptable seams coming undone or faulty zippers.

  • Physical Damage: Tears, rips, or holes present upon delivery.

  • Print Defects:

    • Peeling: The custom DTF print separating from the vest.

    • Cracking: Cracking that occurs before the expected wash lifetime.

    • Inaccurate Color: Significant deviation from the color proof you approved.

 

30-Day Warranty on Prints

This policy specifically covers the following degradation of quality after the rated number of washes:

  • Print Defects:

    • Peeling: The custom DTF print separating from the vest.

    • Cracking: Cracking that occurs before the expected wash lifetime.

    • Inaccurate Color: Significant deviation from the color proof you approved.


To Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for refunds due to manufacturing defects. And within 30 days for print quality issues.

  2. Provide your full name, order number and email address used on the order.

  3. Include clear photographs or videos showing the defect (e.g., the peel, tear, or color inaccuracy).

Once we confirm the defect, we will process either a refund or a replacement of the defective item(s).
